Eden Recycling & Energy Management
EREM, based at the old Khulani Waste in the industrial area, is part of our development goal to shift towards a low-carbon, greener economy. We are working towards creating more jobs in the community through a creative waste collection and recycling system running from the household to the regional scale. Our ultimate goal is to build a Garden Route that’s truly green, with zero waste.
Outeniqua Bicycles is an incredibly innovative project run by local craftsmen at Kluyts MakerSpace who have come together to build a series of edgy, functional, custom-made wooden bicycles.
